Through my journey to protect and serve, I have aligned myself with colleagues who have the same passion and determination for your best interests.

Brian Foley

President

Brian Foley, the owner and president of Foley Security Solutions, has made a career of security, safety planning, and training.


Brian, an Orange County native, established a full-service security guard company in 2004, Briger Security Services. Quickly, with Brian’s dedication and determination to succeed, Briger became one of the leading security guard services in the Hudson Valley.


Working as Briger’s president and CEO for more than 12+ years, Brian honed his skills in safety planning, training, and strategic site analysis. Brian executed security safety plans for Briger’s clients in education, retail, medical facilities, events, and many other business-to-business sectors. 


Brian attended SUNY Orange, where he earned an associate’s degree in criminal justice.


In addition to his degree in Criminal Justice, Brian has specialized training and certifications in:

  • New York State armed security guard
  • NYS private investigator
  • NYS-certified security instructor 
  • Unrestricted pistol permit / license to carry in over 32 states
  • American Red Cross CPR/AED instructor
  • Gang awareness
  • Prevention and response to suicide bombings
  • Management of aggressive behavior 
  • Active shooter awareness instructor 
  • Understanding and planning for school bomb incidents
  • Incident response to terrorist bombings
  • Simulation-based training for command post personnel
  • Workplace violence prevention instructor
  • Emergency response instructor
  • SAFE instructor (Situational Awareness for Employees)

Anthony Lapertua

Anthony Laperuta

Vice President

Anthony Laperuta serves as the vice president of Snoop Investigations & Security. In addition to being the vice president of Snoop Investigations & Security, he is the assistant director of Public Safety/ Campus Police at CUNY-The City College of New York.


Anthony D. Laperuta has over 25 years’ experience as a law enforcement officer throughout NYC. During his career in law enforcement, he rose through the ranks from patrol officer to the rank lieutenant where he currently overlooks investigations, crime prevention, and training programs.


Anthony is a NYS-certified instructor by the NYS Municipal Police Training Council as well as for the NYS Division of Criminal Justice for Police/Peace and Security Officers in several topics such as:

  • Instructor development
  • Defense tactics
  • Firearms
  • ASP baton
  • OC spray
  • Bicycle patrol
  • De-escalation
  • Active shooter response for civilians and for law enforcement personnel


He has trained numerous officers from various law enforcement agencies across NYS including private security, houses of worships, hospitals, and schools.


He also has additional training as a certified instructor by the National Safety Council as a First Aid/CPR and defibrillator instructor, certified by Homeland Security as an instructor for terrorism awareness.


On Sept 11th 2001, Anthony responded to the 2001 terrorist attack of the World Trade Center as a first responder and assisted with the cleanup during the aftermath.


Anthony is a member of the following law enforcement fraternal organizations:

  • The Orange County Shields (Executive Board Member)
  • The Jason Conklin Memorial Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 957.
  • New York Dominican Officers Association
